Ceramic sculpture

Demonstration:

My studio is set up to create large scale architectural ceramic sculpture as installations for enhancing interior design, as well as exterior garden art. My studio also functions for teaching my style to kids and adults. The type of projects I produce are stove and fireplace surrounds, post and beam wraps, totems, fountains and public art installations. I will have projects in various stages of completion, and will be available to discuss my work.

Directions:

Cape George Road west to Beckett Point Road. Studio is just before the steep grade leading down to Beckett Point.

Artist Statement:

It has been a priority for the last ten to fifteen years to apply myself towards developing my creativity. The deeper I investigate and explore my inner resources, my life becomes more enriched. My love of nature has always played a role in all of my interests and projects. During my travels around the world my interests in ancient cultures, architecture, history and art further developed my creative insights. Clay has become my primary medium – it’s versatility is enjoyable and rewarding.

Studio open during the remainder of the year by appointment.
