Drive north on San Juan Ave. towards Fort Worden. Turn left on 47th St. Studio is located in my home on the southwest corner of San Juan and 47th Streets.
Artist statement:
I was raised to eschew all matters of the spirit. Only much later did I become aware of my deep longing to connect with myself on a soul level. Seeking to fill the void created by the denial of my whole self, I recognized a yearning to be surrounded by beauty, particularly in the form of inspiring imagery. Ever since then, I have been devoted to the expression of that which touches my soul and helps me to gather together the lost fragments of myself. Making art is one part of my integration process. Another aspect is being able to share with others, not only the art itself, but also the invitation to fully experience the blessings of our creativity.
