Demonstration:
The husband and wife team of Don Tiller and Jolene Sunding offer a look into the fun of creating art with the support of each other and retaining individuality. Don is a professional acrylic painter, represented by galleries nationwide. Fields and fences as well as cityscapes are captured in a contemporary, whimsical style. He will be showing his layering and glazing techniques that he teaches in his workshops.
Jolene will be focusing on garden sculpture and mosaic. Rhubarb and gunnera leaves, cast in a lightweight and durable material, are used for birdbaths and decorative art. Real leaves in assorted sizes are stained and glazed so each piece is unique, some with mosaic incorporated. You will see the process in all the various stages involved.

From Hastings turn onto Cook Avenue – follow to Arizona Street. Park on Arizona and walk around the corner – follow the signage.
